Maintenance and support

Troubleshooting

1. All panels and/or monitor screens display incorrect video or no video at all
(1) Incorrect video input or panel setting on the control system
Check setting (PAL/SECAM/NTSC option and overall panel strength setting, etc.)
(2) Video signal unavailable or video source defective
Check the video source
(3) Control system failure
Check connections and cables, correct bad connections, repair or replace damaged cables.
(4) Equipment failure on the control system
Test and repair faulty panels or equipment by Desay service technicians or suppliers

2. The screen Intermittent
(1) Incorrect video input or panel setting on the control system
Check setting (PAL/SECAM/NTSC option and overall panel strength setting, etc.)
(2) Video signal unavailable or video source defective
Check the video source
(3) Control system failure
Check connections and cables, correct bad connections, repair or replace damaged cables.
(4) Equipment failure on the control system
Test and repair faulty panels or equipment by Desay service technicians or suppliers.

3. One LED module was cut off
(1) Incorrect video input or panel setting on the control system
Check setting (PAL/SECAM/NTSC option and overall panel strength setting, etc.)
(2) Control system failure
Check connections and cables, correct bad connections, repair or replace damaged cables.
(3) Equipment failure on the control system
Test and repair faulty panels or equipment by Desay service technicians or suppliers

4. The panel is completely out of power

(4) Control system failure
